• Legal obligation: Obligations under Labor Law, Social Security legislation and other legal regulations

• Explicit consent: Storing your information in the candidate pool, contacting you when a suitable position opens in the future

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data of job applicants may be transferred to the following persons and institutions:

• Group companies and business partners: For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process
• Turkish Employment Agency (ISKUR): Within the scope of legal notification obligations
• Legal advisors: For the management of legal processes
• Authorized public institutions and organizations: For the fulfillment of legal obligations

6. Data Retention Period

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a job applicant you have the following rights:

1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed
2. Request information if your personal data has been processed
3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
4. Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
5. Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed
6. Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under Article 7 of KVKK
7. Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties to whom data was transferred
8. Object to results arising from analysis of data exclusively through automated systems
9. Claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing of personal data
